Self-service check-out, media security and tablet lending for your library.
As the Austrian sales and service partner of bibliotheca, Tracs and Hublet, we advise you, implement the systems and support them in day-to-day operation. This takes the load off your team and gives your visitors better service.
With RFID technology from bibliotheca, visitors check out media themselves and your collection is protected against theft. For many years, we have been the Austrian service and sales partner of the international bibliotheca group.
You can find current products and news on our library website (in German).
With Hublet, visitors borrow tablets by themselves – with apps that automatically match their age. Your team doesn’t have to worry about managing them.
The station charges the tablets, deletes the previous user’s data in compliance with data protection rules and updates the apps. Everything is managed via the cloud-based Hublet Manager software.
We are pleased to announce our strategic partnership with Tracs. As the new sales, distribution and service partner for Austria, we now have an even stronger presence in the market.
We will be happy to assist you with any product or service enquiries regarding Tracs.
